The "Buyer" refers to any person/company who agrees to buy goods from Myriad(UK).
The "Seller" refers to Myriad(UK).
"Conditions" refers to the Terms & Conditions set forth below.
"Goods" refers to any product sold by Myriad(UK) - hardware/software or service.
"On-Line" refers to orders placed via the internet. "Off-Line" refers to orders placed either by telephone/mail-order/fax.

The conditions detailed below are applicable to the buyer at the exclusion of all other Terms & Conditions including any terms added to any purchase order unless specifically agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of Myriad(UK).
Nothing in these conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer. These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
Any order placed whether on-line/off-line shall be deemed evidence of the buyers acceptance of these conditions.
No contract for the sale of goods shall apply until either the seller despatches the goods or until the buyer indicates that he accepts the sellers quotation by the submission of a signed purchase order - whichever occurs first.

All goods are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate - currently 17.5%. and also subject to any delivery charges where applicable.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been made and cleared in full.
The buyer agrees that should full payment not be received or cleared in full then Myriad(UK) or its agents may recover any such goods on demand which may involve entering the premises of the buyer.
The buyer furthermore agrees that they will accept any charges that the above action involves and that this course of action does not prejudice any of the sellers other rights for recovery.
Payments are accepted by Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer/Draft, Business Cheques, Personal Cheques (with guarantee card), Postal Order/Cash. Please note cheques may take up to 5 days to clear - Express Clearance is available subject to a small percentage charge.
We reserve the right to impose an admin charge of £15 should any payment not be honoured by the buyers bank.
Although we take every care in ensuring our prices and manufacturers specifications are correct we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices and/or change specifications without notice. Our website is dynamic and prices/products/specifications may change without further notification.
Order are only accepted from persons 18 or over regardless of payment method.
Sales on our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts and governed by English Law.
Any external links from the website are not covered by these conditions - we accept no liability for any content on a website not specifically controlled by Myriad(UK) Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Please ensure you know the products and specification of the items you are buying as we do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose.
The seller warrants that the goods will at the time of delivery will correspond to the description given by the seller.
If no product description is available the buyer agrees to ensure that the goods will match the purpose they are to be used for.

Claims for delivery damage or mis-shipping should be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
No other claims for the above will be accepted after this time.
If any part of the hardware products should prove defective in materials or workmanship under normal operation/service, such products will be repaired/replaced/refunded at the sole discretion of Myriad(UK) PROVIDED THAT No unauthorised modifications to the product or to the system of which the product forms part of have taken place.
The seller does not accept warranty claims where the defect results from negligence, wilful damage, failure to follow installation instructions or lack of technical knowledge.
The seller reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% for any items received by us which later prove to be non-defective.

Returns MUST be made subject to the following procedure:
Prior authority having being obtained from the seller with the buyer being supplied with an RMA number in advance.
ALL PRODUCTS returned are properly packed and in the same condition as when supplied.
All goods returned should be complete with all drivers, manuals/documentation and accessories.
Any return not complying with the above may be rejected by the seller at the sellers discretion.
In line with other Computer resellers we do not accept returns of software packages unless the software is unopened and the software seals are intact.
ALL goods are supplied with a 1 year RTB (return to base) warranty unless stated on any descriptions.
The seller agrees to either refund/replace or return an item at their sole discretion.
The buyer is responsible for the safe delivery of the defective items to the seller and no claims will be accepted by the seller for loss/damage of said item.
The seller does not accept any claim for consequential loss or expenses however caused.

The seller agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that the goods are delivered by the agreed delivery date.
The seller accepts no responsibility for late parcels where such delivery is under the control of a third party. Furthermore no liability will be accepted by the seller for any loss, costs or other expenses resulting from the late delivery of goods.
Delivery of the goods will be made to the buyers specified address - it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they make any necessary arrangements to accept such a delivery.
The seller reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee if failure to deliver an order is the direct result of the buyer.
The buyer agrees to inspect the goods on receipt - any claim for damaged deliveries/mis-shipping or failure to comply with the order must be made within 48hrs. After this period the buyer agrees that they have accepted the goods in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act.

The seller acknowledges the intellectual property rights of the suppliers and manufacturers of products which appear on any on-line/off-line documentation.
All logo's, pictures, technical data are the property of their respective owners.
Any material on the sellers website not covered by the above are the property of the seller - no unauthorised reproduction, download or broadcast is accepted without the prior written consent of the seller.
If any part of the conditions is found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
The seller reserves the right to inform account holders including guests of any special offers, information or other that it deems necessary via email,fax,post.
